- Immerse yourself in understanding the unique needs of our residential clients, strategically boosting annual revenues from assigned accounts
- Build lasting, robust business relationships with key stakeholders, encouraging customer loyalty
- Foster seamless collaborations internally, working closely with Logistics, Aftersales, Accounts and more to deliver a frictionless customer experience
- Champion re-design projects for your portfolio's key accounts, overseeing projects from inception to realisation in the new build sector
- Define and execute local market strategies, representing Technogym at exhibitions, trade shows and industry events
- Identify and seek out key players in the Build to Sell sector, creating opportunities to bring our cutting-edge wellness solutions to a broader audience
- Enlighten key decision makers about our premium and innovative solutions, capitalising on opportunities to cultivate fresh business
- Forecast for both short and long term projects, tracking budget milestones for the current year and beyond
- Improve the P&L and debtor days on each account, remaining equipped to advise clients on funding solutions to finance projects
- Provide timely, reliable and structured forecast and pipeline management presentations to Sales Managers and internal stakeholders
- Attend/oversee installations to ensure a seamless experience
- Create/coordinate CAD visuals (full training and support from the Interior Design team)
- Strong B2B sales experience, ideally within a luxury/premium brand/residential/property environment
- Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Sports & Exercise Science or equivalent - desirable but not essential
- Experience in managing complex deals and selling solutions
- Consultative selling approach and negotiation skills
- Resilient prospector/business developer
- Strong financial acumen
- Knowledge of fitness product use and physiological benefits (this can be developed)
- Solid experience with CRM software (knowledge of Salesforce is a plus)
