- Support the automation team by actively participating and contributing to collaborative efforts
- Assist in the development of automation solutions under the guidance of senior engineers
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure effective integration of automation solutions
- Assist in project management tasks including documentation resource allocation and timeline tracking
- Support senior engineers in gathering project requirements and ensuring project alignment with organizational objectives
- Participate in project meetings and provide updates on progress and challenges
- Support the design and implementation of automation systems for pharmaceutical manufacturing equipment
- Assist in ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements in automation system development
- Collaborate with senior engineers to integrate the latest automation technologies into our equipment
- Loading and configuring softwarehardware for pharmaceutical equipment
- Assist in establishing and maintaining quality assurance processes for automation solutions
- Support testing and validation efforts to ensure automation systems meet industry standards and customer specifications
- Bachelors degree in electrical engineering or a related field
- Strong foundational knowledge in automation technologies and PLC systems
- Familiarity with software such as Studio5000 FactoryTalk View ME and Siemens TIA Portal is a plus
- Basic understanding of regulatory requirements and standards in the pharmaceutical industry
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively within a team environment
- Work in compliance with divisional health, safety and environmental procedures
- Refrain from removing or altering safety devices or guarding unless hazardous energies are controlled through lockout-tagout methods
- Report any unsafe conditions or unsafe acts
- Report defect in any equipment or protective device
- Ensure that the required protective equipment is used for the assigned tasks
- Attend all required health, safety and environmental training
- Report any accidents/incidents to supervisor
- Assist in investigating accidents/incidents
- Refrain from engaging in any prank, contest, feat of strength, unnecessary running or rough and boisterous conduct
