From 1.5K - 2.8K + depending on experience.

Your efforts will enhance our brand's reputation as a trusted resource and promote collaboration. You'll collaborate with marketing on sustainability-focused initiatives, ensuring inclusivity. Your role is crucial in fostering a supportive environment for growers of all levels.Duties and responsibilities:

Manage and grow our online community across various platforms, including Reddit, Instagram, and TikTok, by creating engaging content and fostering meaningful interactions.
Develop and implement community engagement strategies to enhance brand awareness, drive user engagement, and increase customer satisfaction.
Monitor community conversations, address inquiries, and provide timely and helpful responses to community members, ensuring a positive experience.
Analyze social media metrics and user feedback to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement, making data-driven decisions to optimize community engagement efforts.

Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field. - PLUS- Proven experience in community management, social media management, or a similar role.- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.- Strong understanding of social media platforms, particularly Reddit, Instagram, and TikTok. -REQUIRED- Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.- Experience with AI training and customer support is a plus.- Passionate about mushroom cultivation and the communities that surround it.
