A fast growing law firm dedicated to providing exceptional legal services in residential property matters are looking for a dynamic Family Solicitor to join their team.Primary Responsibilities:Manage and run your own caseload within the family law team, under the supervision of the director.Provide advice to individuals and families on various legal matters including Private Law Children Matters, Divorce, Financial Settlements, Separation, Domestic Violence, Pre and Post Nuptial Agreements, and Cohabitee disputes.Handle complex and time-sensitive legal matters.Take new instructions from clients.Conduct legal research as required.Represent clients in court proceedings (advocacy).Assist the director as needed.Manage new enquiries and convert them into instructions.Engage in networking and business development activities.Attributes, Skills, and Experience:Ideally a fully qualified senior solicitor with 3-5+ years PQE (other qualifications like CILEX and CLC will also be considered).Confidence in managing your own caseload.Commercially astute, understanding business targets and their impact on the practice.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.Strong IT skills.Firm and functional knowledge within family law.Experience managing a caseload of privately funded work.Initiative and drive to deliver high-quality service to clients.High levels of speed and accuracy.Highly organized, methodical, and adaptable.Demonstrated ability in business development and bringing in new work.If this excellent opportunity sounds like YOU do not hesitate and click APPLY today!Randstad Business Support acts as an employment business when supplying temporary staff and as an employment agency when introducing candidates for permanent employment with a client.
