- Monitor and execute the Insurance Premium Taxes (IPT) knowledge management process for the IPT Analyzer tool.
- Review of data updates. This includes performing reviews of legislation and data structure reviews.
- Communicate questions and the review results with the local offices and knowledge team.
- Schedule weekly discussion panel with the knowledge team to
- present the weekly status to leadership
- set weekly and monthly targets;
- resolve technical issues appeared during the reviewing process.
- Overseas continuous development of the EY's IPT Analyzer tool.
- Participate in new business pursuits.
- Exceptional levels of client service
- Negotiation skills, able to sustain opinion and handle queries
- Business development skills - able to identify and convert opportunities to sell work by proactively managing existing clients and winning new clients.
- Ability to manage possible leads from other areas of the practice
- Proven background in building networks and relationships internally and externally
- Extensive premium tax experience.
- Project management skills
- Ability to build strong client relationships and commercial awareness
- Effective time management skills; the ability to remain calm when under pressure to meet deadlines
- Excellent communicator in a range of situations both written and oral
- The ability to seek possible improvements to processes, technologies and methodologies (e.g. automation, analytics) and communicate the ideas with the team
- Experience in managing both offshore and onshore teams to plan and deliver the entire compliance process
