We're driven by our values - We Grow Together, We Keep Things Simple, We Get Stuff Done.About the RoleAs the Engineering Manager for our Puhoi Valley Cheese manufacturing site you will have responsibility and accountability for driving the performance of the maintenance team to deliver the strategic engineering, maintenance plan and site objectives.As part of the Site Leadership Team, you will drive positive change and build the capability within the team to create a high performing culture.In order to make this happen, your responsibilities will include:

Take responsibility for daily supervision of maintenance activities, resources, work orders
Develop and maintain the scope and content of the preventative maintenance across the site
Support continuous improvement in plant reliability, availability and maintenance systems in general.
Coach and develop our team to achieve highest maintenance effectiveness, optimum plant reliability, lowest manufacturing cost and highest product quality.

About YouIn order to make this role a success you will be an experienced engineering leader with a background in maintenance, electrical and automation engineering within the FMCG manufacturing industry.Skillsets, qualifications and experience we are looking for include:

Relevant Engineering Tertiary qualification or industry experience
Experience working in the food manufacturing sector is well regarded
Demonstrated people leadership experience is essential
High degree of general trade technical knowledge
MEX CMMS / SAP or other maintenance system experience is desirable
