- Lead and manage the full project lifecycle, from initiation to closure.
- Create and maintain project plans, including scope, deliverables, schedule, and budget.
- Manage project resources and ensure effective allocation.
- Coordinate and communicate with project stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met.
- Identify and manage project risks and issues, implementing appropriate mitigation strategies.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular status reports to stakeholders.
- Ensure adherence to project management methodologies and best practices.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an IT Project Manager.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- PMP or other relevant certifications are a plus.
