Work Flexibility: HybridThe Sr. Manager, IT Transformation Program Enablement Basis is responsible for the SAP Basis team and oversee the technical aspects of our SAP ERP transformation project (“Accelerate”). You will be responsible for ensuring the availability, performance, security, and compliance of our Accelerate SAP systems, as well as managing the migration, upgrade, and integration of SAP applications and databases. You will partner and collaborate with executive leadership, Accelerate leaders, IT Service Delivery, Infrastructure, Enterprise Architecture, Program Management and Supplier Management to lead the execution of the agreed upon program releases and implementation of the Accelerate vision and strategy. This is a highly influential role that will play a strategic part in aligning our global portfolio planning and execution activities across IT.This is a hybrid role where you would be expected in the office 2-3 days a week and have the flexibility to work from home the other days. This role can be based out of our Allendale, NJ; Portage, MI; Flower Mound, TX; or Weston, FL locations.Who we wantGoal-oriented orchestrators. Can analyze and synthesize data/information for insights and communicate them in a consumable way for decision makingWhat you will doResponsible for the planning, coordinating, and executing the technical activities of the Accelerate program, including migration, upgrade, integration, testing, and go-live support of SAP applications and databases for E2E strategic and operational business processes across Stryker divisions, plants and geographies.Ensure the availability, performance, security, and compliance of our SAP systems, and troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues or incidents.Establish and maintain the SAP Basis standards, policies, procedures, and best practices, and ensure adherence to them by the Accelerate SAP Basis team and other project stakeholders.Monitor and optimize the SAP system landscape and implement preventive and corrective measures to ensure its stability and reliability.Manage the SAP Basis budget and resources, and report on the status and progress of the SAP Basis activities and deliverables.Stay updated on the latest SAP technologies, trends, and innovations, and evaluate and recommend new tools and techniques to improve the SAP Basis processes and performance.Manage SAP Basis team and provide guidance, coaching, and feedback on their performance and development.Manages and coordinates with external suppliers and deployment partners to ensure they meet their contracted deliverables, agreed upon timelines, and metrics.Helps to establish deployment metrics and ensures each division, function, and region are measuring pre and post “Go Live” success metrics.Perform activities following Stryker’s Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) framework and processes.What you neeBachelor's Degree from an accredited university in the areas of Computer science, Engineering, Information Systems, Business, or equivalent field of study requiredMaster’s degree in MIS, MBA or related disciplines preferred10+ years relevant experience required8+ years of professional experience deploying or delivering global programs5+ years experience in people management and developmentExperience and demonstrated understanding of global system rollouts – strategy, planning, vendor selection and implementation planning7+ years of experience in SAP Basis administration, including migration, upgrade, integration, and support of SAP applications and databasesTravel Percentage: 30%Stryker Corporation is an equal opportunity employer.
