During this hybrid 4-weeks paid internship you will dive into a world of learning and fun as you explore exciting projects and collaborate with top talents in Nestlé South East Europe Market (Croatia, Bulgaria, Romania, Serbia and Ukraine).As part of this program you will:have a multicultural experience, working alongside students from Croatia, Bulgaria, Romania, Serbia and Ukrainegain hands-on experience and insights into dynamic world of food and beverage from industry expertsdevelop various soft skills including Leadership, Self-awareness, Communication, Emotional and Social intelligence, Feedback and coachingboost your Business English skillsparticipate in a cross-country group case study project and apply your knowledge and creativityreceive support and mentorship from the biggest FMCG (Fast Moving Consumer Goods) company in the worldhave a paid internship programreceive a Certificate upon successful completion of the programWhat you need to know:application deadline is 31st Maythe internship will be between 8th of July - 1st Augustthe workshops are organized from Monday to Thursday, 6-hours per day + 30 min lunchmost workshops will be held virtually on Microsoft Teams, but we are eager to meet you also face to face during exciting days that will be organized at our officesthere are more that 80 internship seats in total, based in the following 5 sites: Zagreb, Belgrade, Sofia, Bucharest and KievWhat we also offer:4 weeks internshipMonthly income of approx. 490 EUR netWork from Home - Hybrid and part-time scheduleModern officeCoffee and fruitsPets@work programDoes this describe you:You are curious and agileYou are fluent in EnglishYou are a fresh graduate or in your final year of studiesYou are available during 08.07 - 01.08.2024 to attend both the virtual and the office daysThen we are waiting for your application!Please pay special attention that applying does not guarantee your attendance at the Nestlé's Virtual Summer's Cool.
