Design & Develop Data Solutions: Architect and implement end-to-end data solutions using Microsoft Fabric, ADF, Synapse Analytics, and Data Lake Storage.
Microsoft Fabric Integration: Leverage Microsoft Fabric for unified data engineering, real-time analytics, and AI-driven insights across business applications.
ETL/ELT Pipelines: Build and optimize data ingestion, transformation, and integration pipelines using Fabric Dataflows, ADF, Databricks, and SQL.
Data Warehousing: Implement Azure Synapse Analytics, Fabric Data Warehouse, and Azure SQL Database for effective enterprise data management.
Big Data & Real-Time Processing: Work with Azure Data Lake, Databricks, Microsoft Fabric Real-Time Analytics, and Spark for processing large-scale datasets.
Data Modeling & Optimization: Design efficient data models, indexing strategies, and performance tuning to optimize data retrieval and processing.
Power BI & Fabric Analytics: Develop interactive dashboards in Power BI and integrate Microsoft Fabric's AI-driven insights to support data-driven decision-making.
Security & Compliance: Ensure data security, access controls, governance, and compliance with standards like GDPR, HIPAA, and enterprise policies.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Technical Skills:

Cloud Data Platforms: Microsoft Fabric (OneLake, Dataflows, Data Warehouse, Real-Time Analytics, Lakehouse), Azure Data Factory, Azure Synapse Analytics, Azure SQL Database, Azure Databricks.
ETL/ELT & Big Data: Fabric Pipelines, Data Transformation, Spark, Delta Lake.
Programming & Scripting: SQL, Python, Scala, PowerShell.
Data Modeling & Warehousing: Star/Snowflake Schema, Normalization, Performance Optimization.
Visualization & Reporting: Power BI, DAX, Power Query, Fabric AI Insights.

Ability to work independently and in teams
Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
Qualifications:

Certifications: Microsoft Certified: Azure Data Engineer Associate, Fabric Analytics Engineer Associate, or Power BI certification (Good To Have)
BE/BTech/MS/MTech
Security & Governance: Microsoft Purview, Azure AD, RBAC, Data Masking, DevOps/CI-CD.
