- Perform factory resets on customer devices
- Install new software onto customer devices and ensure connectivity and perform basic troubleshooting
- Provide guidance to customers on new software and ensure high levels of customer service
- Maintain accurate records of support activities and issue resolution
- Understanding and experience of mobile devices, for example smart phones and tablets
- Ability to troubleshoot basic software issues
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical processes to non-technical audiences effectively
- Strong customer service skills with a passion for helping others
- Prior experience in an IT Support, Technical Support or Customer Service role is essential
- A full driving license and car are essential for this role as regular travel will be required
