You will play a key role in providing exceptional support and guidance to our customers. Working at customer sites across the UK, you will set up and configure customer devices and provide guidance. Bringing an interest in technology and strong customer service skills, you will ensure continued high level of customer satisfaction and aid understanding of our full portfolio of products.This is a 12 month fixed term contract.What you'll do:
  • Perform factory resets on customer devices
  • Install new software onto customer devices and ensure connectivity and perform basic troubleshooting
  • Provide guidance to customers on new software and ensure high levels of customer service
  • Maintain accurate records of support activities and issue resolution
What you'll bring:
  • Understanding and experience of mobile devices, for example smart phones and tablets
  • Ability to troubleshoot basic software issues
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical processes to non-technical audiences effectively
  • Strong customer service skills with a passion for helping others
  • Prior experience in an IT Support, Technical Support or Customer Service role is essential
  • A full driving license and car are essential for this role as regular travel will be required
