Join their international team at the Postcode Lottery Group in the Netherlands, Germany, Norway, the UK and Sweden!This role will work within their Insight team at the NL office, also working closely with the Marketing, Product, and newly formed Loyalty team. The role will suit someone passionate about market research, with a track record of running and commissioning multi-methodology research and insight projects such as sector/market analysis, panel or internal customer surveys, focus groups or IDI, and segmentation studies, to name a few.Projects vary based on the business requirements but you could be working on internal or external comms project one day and customer loyalty programmes the next! They will look to you to drive the research and insights strategy, based on the overarching business and stakeholder requirements.You will have experience of leading analysis and interpretation of primary and secondary research (qualitative and quantitative) to provide insight on market position, customer needs or behaviours. You will take initiative, and use data driven recommendations to drive the business strategy on the player journey & marketing approach.Your tasks
  • Shaping the research vision and strategy for The Postcode Lottery Group
  • Design, manage, and facilitate market and customer insight activities according to the vision and strategy
  • Analyse primary and secondary data to provide actionable insight
  • Undertake collection of quantitative data using methods such as surveys, working with the wider Insight team to analyse & provide player insights & recommendations
  • Planning and delivering focus groups
  • Customer lifecycle analysis, ie mapping player touchpoints, identifying triggers, segmenting key player groups
  • Competitor insights & regular reporting
  • NPS tracking & satisfaction measurement
  • Conduct behavioural and attitudinal studies to guide player segmentations
  • Develop KPIs for brand & player satisfaction, and create measurement framework to guide what good looks like & progress against objectives.
Your qualities & experience
  • A self-starter, willing to take the initiative and lead projects
  • Ability to use data & research to create a compelling story that meets stakeholder expectations
  • A proven research and data background
  • Experience of planning and conducting multi-methodology quantitative and qualitative market insight / research projects to inform leadership, Boards and internal stakeholders
  • Customer journey to loyalty expert
  • Must have inquisitive nature, analytical thinking, exceptional problem-solving abilities, and be adaptable
  • Deliver high quality projects on time and within budget
  • Forge and foster relationships with internal stakeholders and external providers
  • understanding of best practice methodologies and approaches
  • Good command of the Dutch language.
