We've got what you're looking for.Job Description:Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented CAP/SAP Specialist - Journeyman to join our team! In this role you must be familiar with Department of Defense (DOD) and Intelligence Community (IC) Security instructions, requirements, and supplements for managing Special and Compartmented Access Security Programs. Interpret Special Access Security policies on matters pertaining to processing, dissemination, and controlling of classified materials for designated programs. Provide operational continuity of programs; establish/provide program guidance; track assigned tasks; and monitor program operations as required. Liaises with SES/SIS and Flag Officer members of the DOD, the IC, Federal Agencies and Senior Corporate companies on Sensitive Support to ensure the protection of the associate programs, personnel and information. Review and develop internal processes to support programs.What You'll Be Doing:Collaborate with DoD, IC and Federal Agency department colleagues, to review and research data to assist in providing responses in accordance with findingsMaintain database entries, program access requests and program access rostersConduct quality assurance on products, documents, deliverables, and correspondence prior to release to customerPrepares and delivers briefings to internal and external senior level government customersInvestigate and prepare impact statements and provide recommendations on security/security violationsUpdate and maintain Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) Controlled Access Program (CAP) classification guidance through various media.Obtain Access to sensitive program information as required for execution of missionWhat Required Skills You'll Bring:Bachelor's Degree with relevant experienceActive TS with SCI eligibility and ability to successfully complete a polygraph examination.Experience operating in CAP/SAP environmentDemonstrated ability to work with senior customers and peers to achieve goalsProvide technical expertise concerning identified security disciplines​What Desired Skills You'll Bring:Experience with Identity Data Management Policies, Directives, and InstructionsAssist in conducting Due Diligence (DD) assessments in accordance with DoD policiesMinimum Clearance Required to Start: Top SecretThis position is part of our Federal Solutions team.Our Federal Solutions segment delivers resources to our US government customers that ensure the success of missions around the globe.
