- Spearhead cost reduction initiatives by collaborating closely with regional and global stakeholders, aiming to enhance cost efficiency and maximize profitability.
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of regional market trends and product volume projections, offering strategic insights and recommendations to drive growth and market penetration.
- Track market share dynamics to identify opportunities for expansion and potential gaps within the product portfolio, enabling proactive adjustments to marketing and sales strategies.
- Contribute to the development of accurate financial plans and forecasts, addressing any deviations from targets proactively and ensuring alignment with overarching business objectives.
- Develop and maintain product-specific content for sales support, training, and customer engagement purposes, enhancing the effectiveness of sales efforts and customer interactions.
- Provide backup support to Commercial managers as needed, assisting in marketing, sales, and customer interactions to maintain seamless operations and customer satisfaction.
- Utilize customer feedback to refine existing products and inform the development of new offerings, ensuring alignment with market needs and preferences.
- Foster strong relationships with global sales offices and channels, gaining insights into market dynamics and customer requirements to drive strategic decision-making.
- Act as a representative of the assigned Product Lines across global Business Units, ensuring alignment with overarching business objectives and promoting consistent messaging and branding strategies.
- Bachelor's degree in BA, Engineering, or related field;
- Proven experience (5+ years) in product management within the manufacturing or industrial sector, with a track record of driving product success in global markets.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and engage with diverse stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong analytical capabilities, with proficiency in market analysis, financial forecasting, and competitive positioning.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to develop and execute product strategies aligned with business objectives.
