Program Officer

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with PRC plants, cross-functional project teams to plan, implement and manage the overall project scheduling and new product development program from RFQ kick off and quotation preparation up to product delivery
Act as primary account holder, regular communication to customer for all commercial issues including but not limited to outstanding topics, payment, order processing and shipment scheduling
Resolve cross department issues at project level skills
Assist ad-hoc assignment as required

Requirements:

Degree holder in Engineering, Project Management, Business, Sales & Marketing or equivalent
1-5 years of experience on OEM/ODM program management for electronic manufacturing industries
Possess strong interpersonal, communication and analytical skill
Self-motivated, passionate and a good team player
Good command of spoken and written English, Chinese and Mandarin
Literacy in ERP System & MS office, including Excel, Powerpoint
Candidate with more experience will be considered as Senior Program Officer
Need to stay in our PRC plant 3 days per week
