These data driven solutions help companies accelerate their time to market, tailor their customer experiences, grow their customers into advocates and scale their business with confidence.Learn more at .Role OverviewThe Project Manager will be responsible for providing mentoring / leadership for our developer and DevSecOps teams and will be the effective interface between our product and technology teams.You will have expert understanding of, and experience with, coding concepts and processes used in the development of SaaS platforms. Expert understanding of Microsoft Azure and DevSecOps. Understanding the technical issues and processes will allow you to provide meaningful mentorship to developers by engaging with them at a sufficient level of detail on the work they perform.You will be responsible for feature releases on the Company’s platform and the central point of contact for all troubleshooting during feature releases or the implementation of new client platforms. As a senior leader within the technology team, you will be a key point of contact with our clients’ developer and product teams to help manage and troubleshoot issues (including management of our SLA). You will be an escalation point to help resolve issues in relation to feature releases and new client implementations.Your understanding of the Company’s platform and the technological requirements to deliver on the product roadmap or a new client implementation will allow you to work closely with the Head of Product to ensure that product priorities and client implementations can be delivered to time and to plan. Your experience will allow you to push back where you believe the programme of work is not feasible in the time available and equally not demanding enough. You will have a sufficient grasp of the technical requirements and functionality to perform an important quality assurance role in respect of each feature release and new client implementation.You will be responsible for accurate record keeping and monitoring progress towards goals and resource utilisation providing such reports periodically to the Company’s executive team.Key AccountabilitiesThe following covers the Project Manager key accountabilities; however, this is not an exhaustive list, and the role will include additional responsibilities:Technical Leadership / people:

Significant and demonstrable experience mentoring and leading developer teams; past experience working as a developer advantageous
Proven experience leading and coaching teams in Agile and Lean principles and methodologies
Provide feedback to the team to continuously improve and evolve our delivery capabilities

Technical Delivery

Ownership of the delivery roadmap and the ability to challenge and interrogate product roadmaps and delivery timelines based on a technical understanding of the relevant requirements.
Provide technical leadership and expert advice to the Product team to ensure that product definitions are capable of being delivered to plan and to time
Lead and manage the delivery lifecycle as the effective interface between the Technology and Product teams to ensure backlogs are prioritised and impediments are resolved
Provide effective second line quality assurance over the delivery of features and implementations
Maintain accurate and relevant records showing progress towards goals and resource utilisation

Customer Operations

Act as the central point of contact, and first line escalation point, for all new client implementations
Ability to communicate effectively with client product and developer teams.
Continuously improve implementation practices to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction
Ensure customers have visibility of delivery activities as well as new product features
Manage expectations and build exceptional customer relationships
Ensure the service to enterprise customers is delivered to the agreed SLA

Qualifications, Key Skills, Experience and Knowledge

The successful candidate must demonstrate experience and working knowledge across the following areas:
Expert understanding of Microsoft Azure and DevSecOps and the coding processes / concepts used in the development of SaaS platforms
Significant and demonstrable experience leading and managing the deployment of major feature releases and deployments of SaaS platforms to enterprise customers to time and to plan
Business analyst, project management, technical account management or technical customer relationship management experience
Proven experience working with product teams to ensure the timely delivery of features and client implementations
Expert knowledge of Lean and Agile principals, with proven experience coaching people through the agile methodology
Excellent organisation and communication skills
Motivating and engaging people management experience
Strong technical problem-solving skills, with ability to provide solutions fit for purpose solutions
