- Significant and demonstrable experience mentoring and leading developer teams; past experience working as a developer advantageous
- Proven experience leading and coaching teams in Agile and Lean principles and methodologies
- Provide feedback to the team to continuously improve and evolve our delivery capabilities
- Ownership of the delivery roadmap and the ability to challenge and interrogate product roadmaps and delivery timelines based on a technical understanding of the relevant requirements.
- Provide technical leadership and expert advice to the Product team to ensure that product definitions are capable of being delivered to plan and to time
- Lead and manage the delivery lifecycle as the effective interface between the Technology and Product teams to ensure backlogs are prioritised and impediments are resolved
- Provide effective second line quality assurance over the delivery of features and implementations
- Maintain accurate and relevant records showing progress towards goals and resource utilisation
- Act as the central point of contact, and first line escalation point, for all new client implementations
- Ability to communicate effectively with client product and developer teams.
- Continuously improve implementation practices to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction
- Ensure customers have visibility of delivery activities as well as new product features
- Manage expectations and build exceptional customer relationships
- Ensure the service to enterprise customers is delivered to the agreed SLA
- Follow the 9Spokes policies and procedures applicable to your job function
- Understand information security, including how to handle information, reporting risks and/or breaches, and how to support colleagues to do the same
- The successful candidate must demonstrate experience and working knowledge across the following areas:
- Expert understanding of Microsoft Azure and DevSecOps and the coding processes / concepts used in the development of SaaS platforms
- Significant and demonstrable experience leading and managing the deployment of major feature releases and deployments of SaaS platforms to enterprise customers to time and to plan
- Business analyst, project management, technical account management or technical customer relationship management experience
- Proven experience working with product teams to ensure the timely delivery of features and client implementations
- Expert knowledge of Lean and Agile principals, with proven experience coaching people through the agile methodology
- Excellent organisation and communication skills
- Motivating and engaging people management experience
- Strong technical problem-solving skills, with ability to provide solutions fit for purpose solutions
