It's fun to work in a company where people truly BELIEVE in what they're doing!We're committed to bringing passion and customer focus to the business.Job DescriptionThe Proposal Writer will work with Sales Executives, Account Managers and subject matter experts within Kyriba to craft responses on behalf of the company to solicitations, requests for proposals, requests for information and other inquiries which will directly result in revenue for Kyriba.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Maintain and moderate a library of proposal responsesWorks against deadlines to complete projects in a fast paced environmentDevelop best practices to enable sales to increase proposal win ratesHandles multiple projects and tasks, able to prioritize and complete multiple tasks on time.Works independently with minimal supervision.Can escalate appropriately when multiple tasks or projects conflict or when responses to questions seem inaccurate.Is able to request responses from senior members of the company in a polite and professional manner.Trains on the application’s capacities and functionalities in order to keep up to speed with the product enhancementsCan keep data organized and arranged so that information can be retrieved again and againDesired Education and Qualifications4+ years’ experience in treasury or finance department, or within the treasury industry within consulting firmsBachelor’s degreeProficient MS office suiteExcellent business writingAbility to identify inconsistencies in written answers across hundreds of responses.Strong organizational skills and extreme attention to detailAbility to multi-task and handle deadline pressuresKnowledge of French is a plusThis is a France or Poland Remote role.#LI-Remote
