PERSOLKELLY Indonesia is assisting a Leading Japanese Pharmaceutical Company, and they're hiring for Finance & Accounting Senior Staff position (Karawaci based).Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance/Business Administration.- Minimum 1-2 years of Finance & Accounting experience.- Proficient in Excel, SAP system, Windows applications.- Fluent in English is a must.- Willing to do full WFO to Karawaci.- Experience working in a Japanese company/good understanding of Japanese business culture would be a plus.Key responsibility areas:- Responsible for all financial transactions of the company.- Ensure all transactions comply with regulated tax law/procedures.- Coordinate with Accountant in ensuring the implementation of tax compliance.- Support and involve in day-to-day business operation process and contribute to the improvement of the business process.- Contribute to the development of accounting policies and procedures.- Assist tax audit and respond to tax-related inquires.
