Are you looking for a new challenge?Here at GXO, we are currently recruiting for a Finance Business Partner to join the team to support our customer, the Coop. You can be based out of either our Andover or Avonmouth site, with bi-weekly travel to another of our sites in Lea Green, St Helens. You will head up the GXO finance function across the network, delivering clear and credible reporting on well understood results for both GXO and the customer, while overseeing the weekly and period reporting, forecasting and budgeting exercises.This is a full time, permanent position, predominately working Monday - Friday office hours however, flexibility is required, this is logistics after all!Pay, benefits and more:We're looking to offer a salary of up to £75,000.00 per annum, and 25 days annual leave (plus bank holidays).   • Lead financial controls regarding Gainshare and Gainshare elements of the contracts
  • Work with the operational teams to ensure that the maximum is delivered in line with the contracts
  • Understand the KPI triggers and how we can influence these to maximise our reward
  • Ensure robustness of accounting within GXO and visibility of results to the customer through weekly and period reporting
  • Business partner our Account Director and Financial Controller to identify new opportunities to support growth across your sites
What you need to succeed at GXO:
  • Fully qualified CIMA, ACCA or equivalent
  • Ability to influence and challenge senior stakeholders
  • Experience in the logistics/ distribution sector including an understanding of open book contracts
  • Proven track record in successfully establishing and maintaining effective business relationships with both internal and external customers
