Requirements:

Prior sales or customer service experience.
Technical knowledge in relevant industries.
Strong communication and multitasking skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
Bachelor's degree preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide technical guidance and support to customers.
Assist with quotes, orders, and customer inquiries.
Stay updated on product knowledge.
Collaborate with internal teams for customer satisfaction.
