In the newly created role you will be part of a growing team playing a pivotal part by identifying and supporting applicants into candidates for a variety of apprenticeships we deliver.You'll be forward thinking with a desire to make a difference. With your infectious and transferable energy you'll work closely with the hiring managers and ensure that the recruitment process is seamless, whilst manging the expectations of both clients and candidates. Work closely with clients to understand their apprenticeship needs and create detailed job descriptions tailored to their requirements.. Conduct targeted outreach campaigns to attract diverse candidates and promote apprenticeship opportunities with a client-focused approach.. Conduct initial screenings to evaluate candidates' skills, motivations, and alignment with client expectations.. Maintain open communication, providing regular updates to both parties and facilitating feedback sessions.. Ensure compliance with all relevant labour laws and Data regulations, as well as any specific client guidelines.. Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions, recruitment activities, and client requirements.. Schedule and coordinate interviews with client hiring managers, ensuring a streamlined and efficient process.What we are looking for:. GCSE Grade C or above in English and Maths (or equivalent). Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Excellent attention to detail. Experience in recruitment ideally working with apprentices. Ability to build and maintain relationships with a wide variety of stakeholders.
