Responsible for food safety and hygiene
Conduct bacteriological examinations of products as well as production line monitoring
Identify sources of risk related to food hygiene at factory and conduct improvement methods
Prepare product labels for new and existing products
Ensure compliance with regulations and standards related to food safety and hygiene

Requirement :

HKDSE/ HKALE/ Diploma or above in Science related subject
Experience on food industry is an advantage
Proficient in MS Office applications
Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
Fresh graduate will also be considered
More experience will be considered as Quality Control Supervisor

Working location : Tai Po Industrial Estate
Working Hours : 9:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.Benefit :
