- Act as the main point of contact for key clients, providing efficient assistance, especially in handling returns and merchandise exchanges
- Collaborate with the Finance and Logistics departments to ensure payment terms and shipping deadlines are met
- Work closely with sales teams to ensure optimal client management
- Manage the order entry system: monitor your client portfolio and generate orders for the production company
- Verify price lists, sales agreements, discounts, returns, and commissions
- Prepare reports and share them with your manager
- Support sales agents by sending samples and sales guidelines
- One year of experience in similar roles
- Fluent knowledge of English and Italian (both written and spoken)
- Knowledge of Excel
- Good communication and commercial skills
- Knowledge of SAP
- Fluency in any additional language is a plus
- Degree in Languages
