Context and purpose of the jobWithin the Sales Department of our Armani Exchange brand, you will join the Customer Service Team, providing our clients with efficient, tailor-made support and promoting a customer-centric approach. As part of an international company, you will collaborate with different countries and markets, enhancing your commercial skills and using both Italian and English.Responsibilities
  • Act as the main point of contact for key clients, providing efficient assistance, especially in handling returns and merchandise exchanges
  • Collaborate with the Finance and Logistics departments to ensure payment terms and shipping deadlines are met
  • Work closely with sales teams to ensure optimal client management
  • Manage the order entry system: monitor your client portfolio and generate orders for the production company
  • Verify price lists, sales agreements, discounts, returns, and commissions
  • Prepare reports and share them with your manager
  • Support sales agents by sending samples and sales guidelines
RequirementsMust have skills
  • One year of experience in similar roles
  • Fluent knowledge of English and Italian (both written and spoken)
  • Knowledge of Excel
  • Good communication and commercial skills
Nice to have skills
  • Knowledge of SAP
  • Fluency in any additional language is a plus
  • Degree in Languages
