- Process and review customer invoices in Netsuite for all legal entities
- Perform internal controls and reconciliation of invoices, credit notes, deferred revenue and related accounts in P&L / BS
- Perform dunning and collection procedures in Netsuite
- Follow up on requests from customers and internal stakeholders related to invoices, accounts receivables and other
- Participate in collaboration forums with Revenue Operations and Customer Success in relation to the Order- to - Cash process
- Participate in process improvement and automation initiatives in collaboration with the Finance team and the System & Process specialist
- Perform adhoc and recurring analysis of customer accounts, invoices or similar
- Bachelor degree in Finance, accounting or similar
- Prior experience of Billing and Collection processes in larger entities with high transaction volumes
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices within revenue, bank reconciliations and accounts receivables
- Data and process- oriented, used to working within an environment of process excellence and high degree of automation
- Analytical skills and ability to process large volumes of transactions in follow up of customers queries, outstanding invoices, reconciliations of balances
- Basic understanding of legal requirements with regards to invoicing
- Fluency in English
- Fluency in one of the Scandinavian languages
- Experience of using Netsuite
