Job summaryAdecco Vietnam is supporting our client, an MNC in the Consumer Goods industry, looking for a Learning and Development Executive.Job Responsibilities1. Training & Development:- Develop and execute training plans in alignment with the Head Quarter's direction and training calendar- Provide orientation for new staff and arrange new comer training with related departments- Plan and organize refresher training bi-annually on company's products, code of ethics, legal and securities- Develop training for employees' capability development to meet the company's and job's requirements2. Corporate culture- Plan and execute employee engagement activities annually, quarterly, monthly in collaboration with local branches and Regional Head Quarters- Be in charge collecting content, edit and issue company's newsletter monthly3. Support HR Team Leader to receive employee insight and handle employee relation management4.
