- Prepare and Follow-up on PO, SO to ensure a timely delivery
- Coordinate with clients(sister companies) in Japan, Southeast Asia, etc.
- Coordinate with Chinese suppliers, forwarders, and warehouse on delivery arrangements to ensure smooth operations
- Prepare reports and conduct inventory control
- Ad-hoc duties as assigned
- At least 1 year of sales admin experience
- High Diploma or above
- Fluent in Japanese(JLPT N2 or above), English and Mandarin
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint &, etc.)
