As a Lead Generation Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth of our business by identifying and qualifying hot leads within the iGaming sector. You will be responsible for proactively sourcing potential clients across Asia, Europe, and Latam, nurturing relationships, and ultimately converting leads into valuable partnerships. This position offers a commission-based compensation structure, rewarding your ability to generate quality leads and contribute to the success of the company.Key Responsibilities:
  • Utilize various channels such as cold calling, email outreach, social media to identify and engage with potential clients in the iGaming industry.
  • Conduct research to understand the needs and hiring requirements of prospective clients.
  • Initiate meaningful conversations with key decision-makers, showcasing our company's value proposition and service offerings.
  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads
  • Collaborate closely with the CEO for seamless transition of qualified leads into active clients.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for business development.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in sales and lead generation, within the iGaming or related industries such as Crypto or Payments
  • A proactive and results-driven mindset, with a strong ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
  • Self-motivated with a passion for sales and a track record of exceeding targets in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good knowledge and skills in Excel for tracking and reporting purposes
  • Fluency in English is required, proficiency in additional languages is a plus
  • Ability to work remotely and independently
