Mission: ARB will continue to acquire and develop quality properties based on realistic values for its own investment affiliates, as well as its joint venture partners. These real estate activities will take place in selected targeted submarkets generally throughout the Egyptian Region, and those activities will focus on fewer, usually larger and more complicated, transactions that take advantage of unique opportunities. Once properties are acquired or developed, ARB will provide all of the adjunct services, skills and systems necessary to maintain each property to the highest standards of quality, to achieve the greatest operating efficiencies and, finally, to realize the highest profit performance. In all cases, ARB will maintain the highest level of personnel and support them with the most advanced systems. Talented and skilled professionals who insist on only the highest standards, using the most sophisticated systems, and working in an intense but enjoyable environment, will lead and direct ARB.   • Managing all aspects of operations with respect to a portfolio of properties.
  • All aspects of tenancy and lease management including identifying and negotiating new leases, renewals as well as terminations.
  • Overseeing all aspects of facilities management.
  • Sourcing and managing outsourced service providers to ensure maintenance is carried out in an efficient, timely and cost-effective manner.
  • Ensuring all facilities meet health and safety standards and comply with regulations.
  • Providing clients with research, analysis and advice on complex real estate issues.
  • Building and maintaining a network of clients.
Ideal Profile
  • You have at least 3 years experience including solid experience in a similar role within Real Estate.
  • You possess excellent communication and influencing skills, are organised and able to multi-task effectively.
  • You have working knowledge of Property Consultant, Real Estate Sales and Real Estate Consultant
  • You are highly goal driven and work well in fast paced environments
  • You are a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders
  • You are a strong mentor and coach who builds high performing teams
