- Report to IT head in global, provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to clients, both remotely and onsite in Hong Kong
- Respond promptly to client inquiries and provide resolution or escalate issues as necessary
- Conduct thorough analysis of application and system problems, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of applications and systems
- Assist in installation, configuration, deployment of new software and systems (both software and hardware)
- Document technical issues and prepare user training
- Degree holder in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related disciplines
- Minimum 2 years of experience in technical/application support, preferably at healthcare or vendor industries
- Familiar with clinical, inventory, laboratory, analyzer management systems is preferred
- With client facing experience, excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Sound knowledge in SQL
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good command in both English and Chinese (Fluent in both Cantonese & Mandarin)
