- Be a strategic partner to the segment leader in helping shape and drive the segment's strategy, including goal-setting and measurement, and identification of gaps and opportunities to focus
- Act as an intermediary between segment leadership and other supporting teams (e.g., analytics, enablement) and guide segment leadership on prioritization and execution
- Establish oneself as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) on the business segment across a range of topics including strategic projects, initiatives, organizational design and headcount efficiency
- Execute against high priority strategic initiatives for the business segment, by collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams
- Partner with the segment leader in establishing and running the operating rhythm for the business segment, including team updates, executive escalations and other focus areas
- 8+ years of work experience in strategy and operations, preferably in consulting, banking, private equity and / or other mid-to-large scale technology companies
- Strong background in analytics, and ability to operate across SQL, spreadsheets and data visualization tools
- Exceptional problem-solving skills, including ability to operate in ambiguity and establishing frameworks to apply to emerging business problems
- Ability to communicate effectively, and craft compelling narratives to influence business and technical stakeholders across all levels of the organization
- Strong organization and execution skills, including ability to operate independently and drive strategic initiatives from ideation to end outcomes
- Experience collaborating effectively with cross-functional stakeholders across the organization
- Background in people management, as this role is expected to manage a small, yet high caliber team
CAN base pay range per year:
Min: $144,100
Mid: $180,100
