- Managing the implementation and maintenance of project processes for scheduling.
- Presenting schedule reports to the project management team and relevant stakeholders.
- Collaborating with other disciplines to drive towards project goals in keeping with the client's principles of trust, transparency and teamwork.
- Maintain an awareness of schedule interfaces with other projects.
- Manage the development, change and improvement of the client Master Schedule providing planning expertise to the project and programme team.
- Identify, evaluate and provide solutions to issues arising.
- Manage the change process and analyze schedule impact.
- Incorporate relevant financial/quantity data in the programme to produce a project cost/time distribution profile and communicate results to relevant parties.
- Display and evaluate the project critical path and advise the project team of the results and any appropriate corrective action.
- Produce and maintain project baselines and execute the change control process as needed.
- Produce project reports or data directly from planning software (Primavera OPC) arranging data to ensure alignment with the financial software.
- Understanding and reporting on a project using earned value analysis techniques and interpret/communicate the results and any corrective action to the project team.
- Bringing strong experience in a similar planning role in Life Sciences/O&G or Chemical industry.
- Proficient in the use of MS Office suite including MS Project and Primavera OPC or P6 version.
- Experience in Oracle/Aconex tools is preferred.
- Ability to demonstrate attention to detail.
- Team player with the ability to work autonomously.
- Excellent command of written and spoken French & English with excellent reporting skills.
