Early years qualification (FETAC level 7 or above preferred, minimum level 5) listed on the DCEDIY accepted qualifications A genuine love for working with children and a creative, energetic approach to childcare Excellent communication skills, with fluency in English A team player who thrives in a collaborative environment and takes initiative when needed Cheerful disposition, commitment to excellence, and a passion for making a difference What will your role look like? As an Early Years Practitioner, you'll play a pivotal role in creating a nurturing and stimulating environment for children aged 6 months to 12 years old. Your responsibilities will include: Designing an engaging curriculum tailored to the developmental needs and interests of each child Maintaining high standards of care and education, ensuring a safe and welcoming setting for all Building strong relationships with families, fostering open communication and collaboration Collaborating with fellow team members to inspire creativity, curiosity, and a love for learning Demonstrating commitment and dedication to making a positive impact on young lives every day What can you expect in return?
