Job Description:Our client is a boutique consulting firm that specializes in assisting foreign investors and startups to establish their businesses in Nigeria. The company's services cover Business Registration, Regulatory Licenses, Immigration & Travel, Legal & Secretarial, and HR Support.The client is seeking to hire a digitally savvy Personal Assistant to provide proactive and professional support to the MD. This role will be most suitable for someone with the ability to thrive in a very fast-paced work environment and one who can multitask and possess good problem-solving skills.Key Responsibilities may include but may not be limited to:§ Manage the MDs’ calendars and set up meetings and appointments§ To proactively take responsibility for ensuring that all aspects of the MD’s work are effectively supported and managed.§ Arranging and managing meeting invitations - internally and externally, making travel arrangements as required, and managing itineraries effectively.§ Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner Screen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence§ Make travel and accommodation arrangements Any other duties as assigned by the MDRequirements§ First degree in any relevant field from a reputable university§ 2-3 years of experience as a personal assistant/executive assistant§ Must be digital and social media savvy§ Ability to take initiative and good problem-solving skills§ Must possess a strong work ethic and astute professional by nature§ Must have a tenacious approach and must be able to work well with people Ability to multi-task and must be self-driven§ Strong knowledge of MS Office§ Excellent verbal and written communication skills§ Outstanding organizational and time management skillsBenefitsCompensation: Base Pay is BTW N150,000.00 – N180,000.00 Net + other interesting benefits.
