- Aid in selecting, developing, and overseeing Stryker’s entire country/ indirect channel contract portfolio across all divisions and future acquisitions
- Support the education and training of commercial teams and functions across the country/region
- Support continuous training and evaluations of the local IC’s
- Help manage negotiations with ICs regarding contracts and IC processes
- Assisting on escalated ICM issues from country/regional leaders to strengthen globally established indirect channel management standards.
- Support developing, implementing, and refining rigorous IC standards and monitoring processes for the IC lifecycle management
- Support the roll out of global processes locally by refining the global frameworks
- Ensuring clear process flows are developed and communicated effectively within the business and all key stakeholders are managed to effectively implement the process
- Establish and maintain responsibility framework locally that will be implemented for ICs
- Mitigate ICM issues and finalize decisions across all the Region with senior leadership
- Support development of communicate materials on standards and expectations for sub-IC selection/documentation
- Optimize business opportunity through new IC channels, business targets and profitability.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Finance, Marketing, Management, Economy or applicable discipline required; Master’s degree strongly preferred
- Minimum 3 years’ experience as Indirect Channels Manager or in a sales role, working closely with agencies and distributors, ideally in the Medical Devices industry.
- Professional experience with sales channel management, finance, compliance, and logistics management or market access
- Excellent communication skills with proficiency in spoken and written Spanish (Native or C2) and English (minimum C1)
- Fluency in Italian will be a plus
- Excellent interpersonal skills including developing relationships at all levels in an organization and directly influencing business objectives
- Demonstrated ability to make effective decisions independently and to work in a fast-paced environment with a natural ability to perform under stress
- Strong organizational, planning, and follow-up skills and ability to hold others accountable
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a proven ability to work with cross-functional teams.
