You will be a part of our SOCRadar Sales Team and will be responsible for sales processes such as managing customers, finding new customers, performing actions to expand the customer portfolio and also taking care of the SOCRadar customers, understanding the product to being able to explain to the customer, keeping up with the updates of the product, coordinating with the other Sales Team members as SE's and CSM and preparing strategic plannings and regular reports.Responsibilities:
  • Manage all aspects of SOCRadar sales in Australia and surrounding countries in APAC region, including customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth.
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to expand the customer portfolio and increase market share within the region.
  • Build and nurture relationships with customers, partners, and key stakeholders to drive business success.
  • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales Engineering (SE) and Customer Success Management (CSM), to ensure customer satisfaction and maximize revenue opportunities.
  • Deliver engaging presentations and product demonstrations to potential customers and partners, articulating the value proposition of SOCRadar solutions.
  • Evaluate customer satisfaction during proof of concept (POC) engagements and negotiate commercial terms to secure deals.
  • Prepare quotes, proposals, and other sales documents needed in the sales process, ensuring accuracy and alignment with company policies.
  • Keep abreast of product updates and enhancements, communicating them effectively to customers and partners.
  • Coordinate with the marketing team to support partner marketing activities and drive demand generation initiatives.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date information in the CRM system and other shared repositories.
  • Provide regular reports and updates on sales activities, performance metrics, and market trends.
  • Demonstrate leadership and mentorship to the sales team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in field sales, with a focus on the Australia and Oceania region.
  • Proven track record of managing sales opportunities from prospect to closure, achieving revenue targets, and driving business growth.
  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical information to diverse audiences.
  • Demonstrated ability to forecast and manage information using CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot
  • Extensive network and contacts in the information security and/or security operations fields.
  • Hands-on experience in providing information security services is a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple high-priority tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work effectively both independently and as part of a geographically dispersed team.
