- Bachelor’s degree in one of the following fields: marketing, communications, journalism, English, business or other related field. Graduate degree preferred (MBA, Marketing, etc)
- 5 + years of work experience in a global brand B2B marketing and communications role. Experience or knowledge of the information services industry preferred
- 3 + years of experience managing numerous projects concurrently, meeting aggressive deadlines, and accommodating changes in strategy or priority
- Exceptional written and verbal communication
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Natural intellectual curiosity about how things work
- Enthusiasm for marketing and content writing
- Attentive to detail and committed to quality
- Pragmatic with a strong ability to prioritizate and balance trade-offs
- Leadership skills and ability to influence peers and counterparts in cross-functional teams
- Planning: Build comprehensive and measurable content marketing plan for the Intellectual Property industry in alignment with the go to market strategy
- Content Creation: lead content development and contribute copywriting, editing and proofreading for industry reports, webinars, white papers, industry speaking engagements, case studies, blog posts and web pages. Manage external copywriters to expedite content creation.
- Content Calendar: Develop and maintain the content and publishing calendar, collaborating, and coordinating with teammates and other teams (Strategy, Product, Sales, Product Marketing, Creative Services) for successful implementation.
- Content Marketing: Engage customers and prospects throughout the buyer’s journey and influence customer perception and behavior. Seek out customer stories and differentiate our product brands.
