- Deliver accurate and timely financial reports
- Manage financial transactions and document procedures
- Audit financial documents and procedures, reconcile bank statements
- Participate in budgeting processes
- Maintain confidentiality of financial information
- Collaborate with the Accounting & Finance team to improve financial procedures
- Support month-end and year-end close process
- Ensure compliance with organisational financial policies and regulations
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with exceptional Excel skills
- Strong understanding of accounting and financial reporting principles and practices
- Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to create and present detailed reports
- High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and team collaboration skills
- Experience in a similar Accounts Assistant, Finance Officer, or equivalent role
- A competitive salary of between £24,000 and £26,000 per annum
