A 1C analyst is a professional who specializes in implementing, configuring, and customizing 1C software solutions for businesses. 1C is a business automation software platform widely used in Kazakhstan and other countries (Caucasus & Central Asia). The primary responsibility of a 1C analyst is to understand a client's business processes and help them optimize their operations by configuring and customizing the software to meet their specific needs.Responsibilities:Consulting with clients to understand their business needs and requirements;Implementing and configuring 1C software solutions to meet client needs;Customizing 1C software solutions to match client-specific requirements;Providing training to customer on the use of 1C software solutions;Troubleshooting technical issues and providing ongoing technical support to customer;Documenting project requirements, processes, and procedures;Collaborating with other team members, including developers and project managers, to ensure successful project delivery;To be a successful 1C consultant, one should have a strong understanding of business processes, as well as technical expertise in 1C software set up;Strong knowledge of Accounting, Finance and HR according to the Kazakhstani Laws is a must;Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are also important, as 1C consultants must work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide ongoing support.Requirements:Strong knowledge of the platform "1C Enterprise 8: УПП, ЗУП, БУХ, КУФИБ and other"General experience in working with configurations on the 1C Enterprise 8 platform for at least 3 years;General knowledge of the subject area in terms of accounting and personnel records, payroll;Knowledge of English above the basic levelExcellent communication skills;Customer-centric thinking;Purposefulness, proactivity;The desire to develop professionally on an ongoing basis;Stress tolerance;Higher education;Experience in international companies;KPMG is a global network of professional firms providing Audit, Tax and Advisory services.
