The OfferAs a Deputy Manager with Enham Trust (Michael House), you will fully support the Senior Care Home Manager in the running of the care home and deputise in their absence. Providing effective management and supervision of a great team, you will lead with passion and enthusiasm to ensure the service is well run. You will promote positive outcomes for disabled people with a flexible and proactive approach. You will lead on the service delivery, keeping it under review and work with the Team Leaders for continuous improvement.Responsible for monitoring and providing the highest standards of support to our service users, you will promote independence and choice. You will ensure the service is fully compliant regarding health and safety management, fulfilling statutory obligations and excellent overall service delivery.This is a great opportunity, offering the chance to grow and develop as a member of our brilliant team. Promoting person centred care in all aspects of service delivering, maximising the choice, dignity of the residents.This is a 6 month fixed term contract.   • Experience in managing a team of care staff in a residential setting
  • Experience of Support planning, care programme approach and care management.
  • Experience of person-centred working
  • Health and Social Care Level 4 Diploma or equivalent
  • To pass our DBS check or be on the DBS update service
