- B2B Marketing Plan for Spain. You will be responsible for adapting the Global plan in your market, coordinating the activities within it and liaising with our Sales team and marketing functions, always being supported by an external agency with the objective to improve TheFork awareness and reputation in the restaurant sector.
- Inbound: Optimize our lead generation efforts together with the Central Sales team and Local Sales teams. Monitor results and share them with the sales & marketing team.
- Communication: Ensure all of our B2B communications are aligned with our brand strategy, guidelines and ambition.
- Sales Team Support: Manage sales materials & needs to support our acquisition and retention efforts. Define our content marketing approach, create the content required and orchestrate its implementation during the year. Actively collaborate with the Spanish Marketing Director and Sales teams to develop a holistic B2B Marketing Strategy.
- Content: Coordinate, maintain and publish content on our B2B Site & Blog pages together with the external agency.
- NPS: Owning and growing restaurants satisfaction by identifying drivers of satisfaction & irritants through the NPS of customers & restaurants and follow up to take actions with stakeholders related.
- Paid online campaigns: work together with our local & central brand team in order to develop the creativities for B2B paid campaigns. Coordinate the implementation & monitoring the results
- External partners: Building relationships with external partners (brands & B2B agencies)
- Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B Marketing, an experience in a B2B Agency is a plus.
- Analytic profile: All activities will be supported by data analysis so you have to be available to manage and analyze data results.
- Spanish native and High level of English.
- High knowledge of Spanish gastronomic market, industry relations is a plus.
- Experience in project management in an international company and with the ability to manage several projects at once, with a high autonomous capacity.
- Experience in Sales & Commercial environments, capacity to negotiate.
- Experience with Paid Advertising (Adwords & Paid Social).
- Experience with content marketing, developing a content creation and distribution strategy and executing it.
- Capacity to prepare, analyze and present statistical information.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced moving working environment.
- You have some knowledge in one of these tools is a plus: Google Analytics, Drupal, Google Ads
