We're looking for ajunior lawyer with employment background at Randstad Global Diemen, the Netherlands | on site, with flexibility | fulltime how you will contributeAs a junior lawyer, your primary focus will be to work with the senior counsel HR & employment on various HR matters (often with international/cross border aspects), e.g. appointment and dismissal of senior management, co-determination issues and global mobility. In addition, you will provide support to the corporate, compliance and/or tech & procurement departments as and where needed.what you will be doing:The main responsibilities for this position are:
  • handling employment related matters such as appointments, dismissals, reorganizations
  • various HR related topics such as co-determination, global mobility, etc.
  • support to other functions in the Global legal department as and when needed
  • drafting and negotiating commercial contracts
  • legal research
who will you work withThe global legal team, currently consisting of 26 people. The team is headed by the group general counsel and has five focus areas: corporate, compliance, data protection, tech & procurement, employment. It is a very diverse team in terms of nationalities, age and background and is characterized by an open and friendly atmosphere. You will report to the Director Compliance & Integrity.what you will bringYou are passionate about employment law, with work experience in a law firm or in-house. You also have affinity with / interest in the other legal areas practiced in the team, including in particular commercial contracting. You are able to work independently in an international environment and in a matrix organization.Next to that you:

  • are hands-on and service oriented
  • have an excellent command of the English language (other languages a plus)
  • have a master degree in Dutch law and 1 - 4 years work experience with a focus on employment law.
