People who enjoy getting things done and who appreciate their role in helping others to be successful.We have a brand new opportunity for an experienced Part-time Administrator working Thursdays and Fridays to join our Information Technology (IT) Service Delivery team to provide support to our business users across the UK. It will be your responsibility to ensure the business administration in the IT department is completed in a timely and accurate manner. You will be the central point for procurement, asset control, invoice ratification and management. This will include working with our finance department to make sure all invoices are correct and paid on time.Here are just some of the activities you will be involved in...
  • Provide efficient administration for the IT Department including order management, dealing with suppliers, tracking equipment and reporting.
  • Distribution of mobile devices.
  • Undertake business activities to ensure that information is accurate and to up to date.
  • Answer initial queries and escalate queries to relevant area of the business.
  • Dealing with complex administrative processes and procedures ensuring that the information is accurate and up to date.
  • Maintaining the IT hardware asset database, ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) system (IFS) and mobile connections portal data.
  • Deal with situations ensuring that queries and problems are resolved and escalated appropriately.
  • Deliver advice and guidance to stakeholders on administrative processes.
  • Undertake general office administration duties.
We would love to hear from you if you can demonstrate...Previous experience in a similar role is desirable as is good attention to detail and excellent customer service and communication with the ability to prioritise. Also demonstrable experience of using an ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) system and financial processes (requisitions, purchase orders, invoices, receipting) and awareness of GDPR.Familiarity with mobile device and mobile connection administration with mobile telephony (knowledge of both Android and iOS operating platforms, ability to navigate users around functionality, block devices and add features in a Mobile Device Management platform) would be advantageous.Our CompanyEvery day we work smarter, greener and use our imaginations.Our purpose at Clancy is simple - we make life better for everyone’s growing families.
