My client a Large Housing Association have an immediate requirement for a Technical Repairs Surveyor :- Damp and Mould InspectionsPatch covered :Warwickshire , carrying out Building Inspections, able to attend properties and diagnose repairs linked to Damp and Mould.Initially a 3/4 month assignment with a view to extending dealing with number of Damp, Mould and condensation cases.Rate is £29.84 to £32.00 Umbrella.
45 p mileage rate paid from home.
