- Communicate with present and potential new customers, increasing awareness of the company’s innovative solutions
- Participate in services promotional campaigns using mass mail software tools
- Identify customer specific needs and discuss with company’s consultants’ potential solutions
- Arrange meetings with customers and company’s consultants according to customers identified needs
- Communicating with customers through campaigning, personal solicitation and social media
- Maintaining a working knowledge of the company's various products and services
- Assisting in developing marketing action plans and activities for promoting a special series of solutions requiring Consulting, Training & Coaching expertise
- Establishing and nurturing relationships with past customers and potential customers to facilitate business development
- Identifying and initiating contact with potential new customers
- Preparing and assisting in delivering presentations to potential clients
- University degree preferably in Business Administration with a major in Sales or Marketing
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales / marketing
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to develop business and manage strategic accounts
- Familiarity with relevant software, including Microsoft Office,Mailchimp and Social media
- Time management and prioritisation skills to meet deadlines
- Quick thinking to provide creative solutions that address customers' needs and concerns
- Fluency in both Greek and English
