I am currently looking for a number of BA's with experience of working on a greenfield Salesforce implementation for a consultancy client of ours with their financial services client. We are looking for experienced Salesforce BA's across the following value streams :Finance Value stream : Ideally from a financial background you will need to deal with a level of complexity across value streams and into internal finance stream as they develop the FDH and data clean rooms for new data.Communications Value Stream : Working across value streams your focus will be working across communications covering UI's, documents, digital communications, static comms and marketing etc.Transition Value Stream : Looking for someone again to work across value streams as they look at their transition/migration approach. You will need FS data migration experience and have a combination of business and technical knowledge and will work with the Data Value Stream.We are also looking for a number of BA's as they are moving to the concept of lookahead where they want to get ahead on the next set of features within Salesforce. You will work with the business to work up the features and challenge the business regarding future state thinking. This will involve design work and surfacing up key business design decisions that need to be resolved to avoid becoming blockers and also get ahead on any technical pre thinking around things link integrations etc.These roles will need you to be on site 2 days per week and can be based out of any of the end clients offices in London, Bristol, York, Norwich as well a Eastleigh. The roles have been deemed to be inside IR35
