If you have 2 years of public accounting with experience in building protocols for start-up companies, this could be a position for you.Location: Atlanta-Sandy Springs, GAWhat You Will Do:
  • Own the strategy, process, and execution of the company’s financial operations, including Billing, Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable and Payroll
  • Evaluate current financial operations and seek out areas of improvement and greater productivity in financial processes
  • Prepare internal and external financial statements and create transparency in financial operations across the organization
  • Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations, including taxes for Arizona, Colorado, Georgia, Nevada, Texas, Utah, and Florida.
  • Regularly conduct audits and access business performance of Serenity
  • Create clear budgetary processes for numerous behavioral health clinics
  • Provide clear financial analysis to the Executive team and assist in financial planning
What We Need from You:
  • Master’s degree in accounting
  • 2 -4 years of experience as an accountant or finance professional with at least 2 years in public accounting or audit role for one of the big 4 firms preferred
  • Willingness to thoroughly understand business processes to create strategic financial insights
  • Active CPA license preferred
  • Understanding of tax codes and laws a plus
  • Demonstrated history creating consistent, clear financial reports and effectively communicating financial needs to Executive team
  • Experience building and enforcing financial controls and adhering to corporate governance policies
  • Proficiency with QuickBooks or other accounting software
