Job Description:Parsons is seeking an experienced Architectural Manager to oversee the architectural aspects of an Oceanarium project in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in translating the client’s vision into reality by leading a team of architects, designers, and engineers to ensure the successful delivery of this landmark project.What You'll Be Doing:Lead and manage a multidisciplinary team of architects, designers, and engineers throughout all phases of the project, from conceptualization to completion.Develop and implement architectural design strategies that align with project goals, budget, and timeline.Collaborate closely with other project stakeholders, including construction managers, subcontractors, and consultants, to integrate architectural design with structural, mechanical, and electrical systems.Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure compliance with architectural plans, building codes, and regulations.Oversee the preparation and presentation of architectural drawings, renderings, and documentation to clients, regulatory authorities, and other relevant parties.Monitor project progress, identify potential risks and challenges, and proactively implement solutions to mitigate them.Manage project budgets, resources, and schedules to achieve project objectives within established constraints.What Required Skills You'll Bring:Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.Minimum of 15 years of experience in architectural design and project management, with a focus on large-scale projects.Proven track record of successfully managing architectural projects from concept to completion, with a strong portfolio showcasing innovative design solutions and technical proficiency.Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail and quality.What Desired Skills You'll Bring:Extensive knowledge of architectural principles, building codes, construction materials, and techniques, particularly in the context of aquatic facilities or themed entertainment venues.Proficiency in architectural design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.Minimum Clearance Required to Start: Not Applicable/NoneParsons is an equal opportunity employer committed to diversity in the workplace.
