Hold a doctoral degree in the field of cultural and religious studies
Specialize in and have a scholarly record in cultural studies in the context of media and audio art, as well as interactive communication.
Have experience in scientific work confirmed by publications in reputable scientific journals and active participation in international conferences.
Have experience in preparing grant applications and participating in competitive procedures in the field of science.
Have experience in teaching at the university level in the areas of radio journalism (traditional, digital, podcasting), interactive communication, and stylistics of expression.
Possess the ability to use digital tools in teaching (using functionalities of remote learning platforms, especially Moodle and Teams).
Have proficiency in English enabling teaching, participation in international conferences, involvement in international projects, and publishing in foreign journals and publications.

Duties of the Candidate:

In the field of research: actively participate in national and international scientific conferences; regularly publish authorial monographs and scientific articles in publishing houses and scientific journals listed in the updated list of scientific journals and publications of the Ministry of Education and Science; systematic participation in competitive procedures and grant applications in the field of science.
In the field of teaching: conduct classes, including specialized ones, as specified in the study program for the journalism, media, and communication design program (thematic scope: radio journalism and its digital forms, audio art, interactive, multimedia, and convergent communication).
In the field of organizational work - ongoing activities to support the functioning of the Department and promote the field of studies (e.g., preparing documentation, organizing scientific conferences, meetings with guests, workshops for students), supporting student initiatives, participating in activities to achieve the impact of the results of scientific research of the Department's employees on the economic and social environment.
