- Leading project scope, planning and management of the brand activation team's annual portfolio
- Setting and executing integrated communication plans across key partners and stakeholders
- Conducting meetings with project partners and informing them about the current work status of their projects
- Identifying, tracking and delivering key cross-functional deliverables whether it's through digital, experiential or existing assets
- Monitoring and reporting on monthly, sometimes weekly, brand activation project performance, working with our social, sales and integrated marketing campaigns teams, as well as external agencies to address and close identified gaps.
- Using brand activation and business intelligence to capture key-facts/trends and help make right business choices and report internally.
- Own the monthly tracking of brand activations budgets and maintenance with the support of the finance & procurement teams.
- Driving improvements across everything we do by taking learnings from all our marketing activities ensuring improvements are recommended and implemented into our planning cycle.
- Continuously learn about Intercom's products and maintain deep empathy with B2B SaaS and Customer Support audiences
- Traveling as needed (~15% of the time)
- 5+ years of creative project and account/relationship management
- Ability to take broad visions and develop them into strategic, structured, measurable plans
- Ability to build long term relationships and shape activation strategies for our cross functional partners
- Strong understanding of the creative process required to create digital and printed assets
- Strong understanding of paid, owned and rented media channels
- Previous experience in the set up and implementation of paid and unpaid media campaigns
- An innate understanding and care of brand representation
- Experience with large-scale budget management
- Experience working across multiple marketing teams, disciplines collaboratively and effectively
- Experience working with creative consultants and agencies
- Ability to communicate with precision, clarity, honesty and respect
- Ability to work independently and autonomously
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, event management or strategic management
- Project management certification
- Agency experience working in a client services role
- Second language - French, Portuguese, Spanish
- Proficiency and preference in online project management and reporting solutions
