The ideal candidate will ensure both department and program missions are met in an efficient manner. This position supports a variety of highly responsible duties related to administrative support of an Executive Director, provides student advisement and individual follow-through for five distinct career and technical programs, budgetary and database management, provision of ongoing full-time, part-time instructor, student workers, and assistance with both routine and special projects. A main focus of this position is with student advising. All students enrolled in the CTE & MCE programs receive initial advisement by this position, the position assists the Dean with duties related to the CTE and MCE Departments.PER EXECUTIVE ORDER 2023-11ALL MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS HAVE BEEN WAIVED FOR THIS POSITION UNTIL JUNE 30TH, 2024.
